The most modern synthetic leather
Our artificial leather from the New Generation Textile collection (NGT) is the most modern synthetic leather on the market worldwide. It is made from 100% solvent-free polyurethane (PU) waterbased and is PVC free. Production takes place without the use of the solvent Dimethylformamide (DMFa), which is used in standard PU artificial leathers (Emission test according to RAL GZ 430).

SUSTAINABILITY
The raw materials used and the manufacturing process guarantees no solvent residues or other toxic substances are leaked into water or air. Neither in production nor in processing stages at work places are staff or consumers exposed to toxic substances. This ensures the highest standards in terms of ecology, sustainability and functional properties.
CERTIFICATIONS
This synthetic leather is Oekotex 100 Class 1 certified, biocompatible and REACH compliant. It complies with the European fire protection standards EN 1021 1 + 2 and can optionally be equipped with BS 5852 Crib 5. In case of fire, in contrast to PVC, there is no toxicity of the smoke with dioxin. The water-based PU is alcohol-resistant and wipe-disinfectable in accordance with DIN EN ISO 21530, Part 5.6.
DURABILITY
In addition to the excellent ecological performance, this synthetic leather offers extraordinary mechanical properties. Minimum 100,000 cycles in a flex test according to DIN EN ISO 32100:2011 are guaranteed even after 10 weeks of hydrolysis chamber storage.
In addition to the high breathability (compared to PVC artificial leather), the thermoflexible coating offers no change in the degree of hardness and ensures high seating comfort even in cold temperatures. By using a high foam density, a very good recovery behavior is achieved, which prevents wrinkling. Compared to PVC artificial leathers, it saves approx. 40% in weight.
An additional increase in scratch resistance by polycarbonate additives is optionally possible. We offer an innovative, top modern, and sustainable product of the newest generation as is used for high-enduses in the automotive industry.
